Requirements for the registration process Secretariat

1. photocopy of identity card. Readable, enlarged "NO CUT" in a letter size sheet.
2. Bachelor's degree (original and copy black background on photo paper, on both sides of the document if the tax stamps are on the back of the title).
3. Notes certified (1 st to 5 th year) original and photocopy on both sides of the document. Concerned with tax stamps on each sheet. Reduced to letter size.
4. Application unique record of the revenue system to higher education (RUSNIES) validated by the OPSU. (Application or return generated by the electronic system RUSNIES and entered in the OPSU for approval)
